The Basket Plus trade-off
OutIn explicitly says the Nano Basket Plus 16–18 g is not compatible with Mino. That single compatibility point can outweigh several Mino advantages for buyers who want larger-dose Nano-style shots.
Independent testing adds nuance
Coffee Chronicler’s January 2026 hands-on review found meaningful heat-up and portability improvements, but also criticized the basket situation and reported occasional problems when grinding too fine. Those are that reviewer’s observations, not OutIn Review’s own test results.
